A simple browsing experience
Meta measurement, where enabled, loads only after you explicitly choose Allow analytics and Meta measurement. Essential only and Allow analytics do not permit Meta measurement. If optional analytics are configured, they load only after you choose Allow analytics. Your choice is saved in local storage under otp-consent. You can change it using Cookie settings. Fonts and website imagery are served with the website rather than embedded from social-media platforms.
Forms and campaign information
Your form answers remain in page memory while you use the form; they are not saved in local storage. Campaign labels and the landing-page path can be carried in links between pages and attached to your enquiry. We do not use browser storage for this attribution.
Third-party destinations
If you follow a link to email, messaging, a payment provider or another website, that service has its own privacy and cookie arrangements.
Form security
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect our forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process browser and network information for this security check. It is used to keep the service secure, not for advertising.
Optional Meta measurement
If you opt in, Meta Pixel measures page visits and confirmed residential or commercial enquiries. Our server also sends the confirmed enquiry event with hashed mobile and optional email, plus permitted Meta cookie and click identifiers for matching, using the same reference to prevent duplicate counting. Campaign labels and click identifiers may be retained with your enquiry in our business records to understand its source. Google advertising consent remains separate and is not granted by a Meta measurement choice. Recruitment and service-contact enquiries are excluded. Meta may set _fbp and _fbc cookies. Your explicit choice is saved under otp-advertising-consent. Change or withdraw it using Cookie settings. Forms work without this permission. Meta privacy policy.
Optional analytics
When enabled and accepted, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and completed enquiry journeys. We do not send your name, mobile, postcode, address or free-text form answers to analytics. You can decline analytics and still use every form. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Optional enquiry outcome analytics
If you choose analytics under these privacy choices, we retain the Google Analytics browser identifier and the version and time of that choice with future residential or commercial enquiries in our existing business records. This allows us to measure whether an enquiry becomes qualified, booked or a regular customer. Corresponding outcome events may be sent to Google Analytics with that identifier. We do not send your name, mobile, email, postcode, address or free-text form answers to Google Analytics. Google advertising permission is not granted by this choice. Previous cookie choices are not treated as permission for this additional purpose. Forms work without it. You can change your choice using Cookie settings or contact us to withdraw permission for an existing enquiry.
