Answers without the small print
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Everything you need to get comfortable with your next clean.
How often do you clean?
Choose every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks. Four-weekly is our main recurring service; eight-weekly gives you a longer interval between cleans.
How much does it cost?
Every 4 weeks starts from £12 per clean. Every 8 weeks is around £18. We confirm the final price for your property and route before you book.
Do I need to be home?
Tell us how the windows can be reached, especially at the back. We’ll agree the access arrangements with you so you know whether you need to be there.
What if my rear gate is locked?
Let us know about gates, shared passages or access through your home when you request a quote. We can then agree the windows and access before the visit. Please don’t send keys or access codes through the form.
How do I pay?
Direct Debit through GoCardless is preferred and is arranged after booking. Bank transfer is available after the clean; cash is by arrangement. No payment details are needed to request your price.
What happens in bad weather?
If you’re unsure about a visit because of the weather, text us with your service address. We can confirm the arrangements for your clean.
Can I have a one-off clean?
Yes—choose one-off in the quote journey and tell us what you need. We’ll assess the work and give you an individual quote.
Can you clean my business premises?
We welcome enquiries for shops, offices, cafés, salons and other local premises. Use the commercial form to tell us about the glass, access and preferred frequency.
Which areas do you cover?
Our local work includes Manchester, Wythenshawe, Trafford, Swinton, Worsley, Eccles, Sale, Timperley and Warrington. Explore the area pages or send your postcode for a quote.
How will I know you’re coming?
The normal reminder for a recurring clean is a text the evening before. Let us know if your access arrangements change.
